Zenppon ("we" or "our") developed the CNC Machines app as a free tool for CNC workshop professionals. This page informs you about our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use the app.

1. Information We Collect

CNC Machines is designed to work completely offline. All data you enter in the app — machines, materials, tools, job records, costs, timers, receipts, and vectors — is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers.

We may collect the following data through third-party services:

• Usage analytics: Anonymous, aggregated data about which features are used most (via Firebase Analytics), to help us improve the app.
• Crash reports: Automatic, anonymous crash logs (via Firebase Crashlytics) to identify and fix bugs quickly.
• Device information: Device type, OS version, and app version — for diagnostic purposes only.

We do not collect: your machine data, job records, cost calculations, receipts, vectors, names, email addresses, location, payment data, or any personally identifiable information.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

All content you create within the app is stored exclusively on your device:

• Saved machine, material, and tool profiles
• Cost calculations and job estimates
• Timer records and job history
• Generated receipts and vouchers
• Exported vectors and design files

This data is under your full control. Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all locally stored data. We recommend backing up important records through your device's backup system.

3. How We Use Collected Information

The limited anonymous data we collect is used exclusively to:

• Monitor and improve app stability and performance
• Understand which features are most valuable to users
• Identify and fix automatically reported bugs

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Data Retention

Anonymous analytics and crash data collected through Firebase is retained for up to 14 months per Firebase's default settings. We do not store any personally identifiable data at any time.

6. Children's Privacy

CNC Machines is a professional tool intended for adults working in manufacturing and related industries. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Your Rights

Since all your personal workshop data is stored solely on your device, you have full control over it at all times. Regarding the anonymous analytical data we collect, you can:

• Request information about what data may be associated with your device
• Opt out of analytics tracking by contacting us

8. Security

We use commercially acceptable means to protect data, including HTTPS encryption for all network communications. Since your workshop data never leaves your device, it is protected by your device's own security mechanisms.

By downloading, installing, or using CNC Machines, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should not use the app.

2. App Description

CNC Machines is a workshop management tool for CNC professionals. The app allows you to:

• Save and manage your CNC machines, materials, and cutting tools
• Calculate the cost of each job based on your saved resources
• Use a timer to know exactly when each job will finish and do other activities in the meantime
• Generate professional vouchers and receipts for your clients
• Export vectors ready to use in your CNC cuts and designs
• Manage your entire workshop workflow from a single app

All data you enter (machines, jobs, costs, receipts, vectors) is stored locally on your device.

3. Accuracy of Results

Important: All cost calculations, time estimates, and other results produced by CNC Machines are based solely on the data you enter. The accuracy of results depends entirely on the accuracy of the information you provide.

Zenppon does not guarantee that any calculation, estimate, or generated document is suitable for any specific commercial, legal, or tax purpose. Always verify important figures with qualified professionals before using them in official contexts.

4. User Data and Responsibility

All data stored in the app — including machine configurations, job records, cost calculations, receipts, and exported files — is your sole responsibility. We strongly recommend:

• Keeping backups of important records through your device's backup system
• Not relying solely on the app for official financial records or tax documentation
• Verifying that generated receipts comply with local regulations before using them commercially

Zenppon is not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, app uninstallation, or other causes.

5. Intellectual Property

The CNC Machines app — including its design, source code, text, graphics, interface elements, and generated content templates — is owned by Zenppon and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or redistribute the app or its components
• Reverse engineer or decompile the app
• Use the app's templates, designs, or generated content for commercial resale without written permission
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the app

Content you create using the app (receipts, cost records, vectors) is your property.

6. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CNC Machines for personal and professional workshop management purposes. This license does not permit the use of the app on devices you do not own or control, nor the resale of the app or its functionality.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenppon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

8. Updates and Changes

We may update the app and these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
