This Privacy Policy describes how Zenppon ("we" or "our") collects, uses and protects information when you use the QuotiDei app (the "App"). By using the App you accept the practices described in this document.

1. Data Controller

Zenppon, based in Argentina, is the controller of the personal data collected through the App. For any privacy inquiry you can write to us at zenppon33@gmail.com.

2. What Data We Collect

The App works without the need to create an account. We collect personal data when you choose to sign in or use social features; in addition, the App sends aggregated usage statistics and error reports that do not identify you (see section 5):

• Google account (only if you sign in, optional): account identifier, email address, name and profile picture — to identify you and sync your progress across devices.
• Player profile (when playing while signed in): player name, picture and selected theme — to show your profile and personalize the experience.
• Game progress: streaks, statistics and scores — for rankings, achievements and competitive streaks.
• Social features: friend code and opponents' names/pictures — to connect with friends and manage matches.
• Feedback: the text you send through the feedback form — to improve the App and reply to you if appropriate.
• Advertising: on mobile versions, an advertising identifier and device data — to display ads (see section 6).

We do not collect precise location data or contacts.

3. How We Use the Data

• Provide and maintain the App's features (progress, rankings, social mode).
• Sync your progress across devices when you sign in.
• Prevent cheating through server-side result validation.
• Display advertising to keep the App free.
• Respond to your inquiries or feedback reports.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area, we process your data on the following bases: performance of the service you request (playing, syncing), your consent (sign-in, personalized advertising) and our legitimate interest (security and fraud prevention). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

5. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with providers that enable us to operate the App:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions) — authentication, progress storage and server logic. See Firebase privacy.
• Google AdMob — advertising on mobile versions. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Firebase Analytics — aggregated usage statistics. The events we send do not include your name, your email or your account identifier: only which minigame and which theme were played, the result and the mode. Firebase generates its own installation identifier, distinct from the advertising identifier and not used for advertising; it is deleted when you uninstall the App. We do not use this data for personalized advertising, nor do we cross-reference it with the information AdMob receives.
• Firebase Crashlytics — App error and crash reports. They include the technical detail of the error, the device model and the operating system version, nothing you type and nothing from your profile.

6. Advertising and Identifiers

Mobile versions show ads through Google AdMob to keep the App free. Advertising may use a device advertising identifier.

• iOS: before enabling tracking we will ask for your permission via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) dialog. If you decline, you will see non-personalized ads.
• EU/EEA and UK users: we show a consent form (Google UMP) so you can choose between personalized or non-personalized advertising.

7. Data Retention

We keep your progress and account data while you keep the App or your account active. If you delete your account from the App or from the web, deletion is immediate; if you request it by email, we process the request within 30 days. Section 9 details what is deleted, what is retained and why.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA and Argentina's Law 25.326, among others) you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability of your data. We do not sell personal information in the CCPA sense. To exercise them, write to us at zenppon33@gmail.com.

9. Account and Data Deletion

Deleting part of your data without deleting your account. From Settings → Danger Zone → Reset Stats and Achievements within the App, you can permanently erase your match history, your streaks and your achievements — on this device and also in your connected Google account — while keeping your account. If you want us to delete another part of your data, for example your suggestion or report messages, write to us at zenppon33@gmail.com stating what you want deleted.

Deleting your account and all associated data. You can do it through any of these three routes:

• From the App: Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account and data. Deletion is immediate and does not require contacting us.
• From the web, without installing the App: quotidei.web.app/delete-account.en.html.
• By email: write to zenppon33@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete account". We process the request within 30 days.

What is deleted. Your account identifier, your email, your display name, your progress, your inventory and your statistics, your friends and your friend code, and your entries in leaderboards and duels. Your authentication account is removed at the end of the process, so you will not be able to sign in again. Deletion is irreversible: progress cannot be recovered afterwards.

What is retained. Matches against other players remain in your opponent's history without your name or photo, because they are also that person's record; any match still in progress is closed in your opponent's favour. Your suggestions and content reports are kept without the link to your account, because they describe the puzzle and not you. Crashlytics crash reports and aggregated Firebase Analytics data do not identify you and are retained according to the retention periods configured in those services; once the account is deleted they can no longer be re-associated with you. We may also retain minimal records where the law requires it.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience over 13 years old and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a minor provided us with data, contact us so we can delete it.

11. International Transfers

Our providers (Google) may process data on servers located outside your country. These transfers are carried out under the protection mechanisms those providers implement in accordance with applicable regulations.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the current version at this same address with its update date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the changes.

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the use of the QuotiDei app (the "App"), operated by Zenppon. By downloading or using the App you accept these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

QuotiDei is a daily mini-games and entertainment application. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the App on your devices for personal and non-commercial purposes.

2. Account and Social Features

You can play without an account. Some features (sync, rankings, multiplayer mode and friends) require signing in with Google. You are responsible for the activity performed from your account and for the information you display publicly, such as your player name.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) cheat, automate or manipulate results, scores or rankings; (b) use offensive, illegal player names or ones that infringe third-party rights; (c) interfere with the operation of the App or attempt to access systems without authorization; (d) use the App for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or limit accounts that breach these rules.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, trademarks and original content are owned by Zenppon or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. The names of works, brands or characters mentioned in the puzzles belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and entertainment purposes.

5. Advertising and Purchases

The App is free and supported by advertising provided by third parties (Google AdMob). Some features may require watching ads. The processing of advertising data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the App available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenppon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the current version at this address with its date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law applicable at the controller's domicile, without prejudice to the rights you may have as a consumer under the regulations of your jurisdiction.
